1:23:50 Half Marathon PR

Marathons I have done : Omaha, St. George (twice), Salt Lake 24 July, Mesquite, Boston.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Qualify for NY marathon this year (6:20 pace).

A sub-3 hour marathon in 2012 as a forty-year old.

Long-Term Running Goals:

A "good" Ironman time (haven't decided on specifics yet).

Trick all four of my children into becoming lifelong running addicts like their parents.
